Miami Beach Realtor Ines was born in Nicaragua and came to the USA in 1973 to continue her college education. She married  Dr.  Gary  Flax in 1975.  Gary  trained  at  UC  San  Francisco  California  and  was  an  active  Obstetrician

& Gynecologist in private practice in Hollywood Florida for over 20 years. In 1999 he retired to South Beach and Ines began her career in Real Estate. They both reside full-time at The Michael Graves Building, 1500 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.

Ines was a Dean's List, President's List, and Honor International Business Graduate of FAU, class of 1979. A Florida resident since 1977, Ines moved to South Beach in 1999, joined Temple Emanuel in 1999, The Greater Miami Board of Realtors in 2000, the Miami Beach Leadership Academy in 2003, the Legends Society in 2005, The Master Broker in 2006 and was named the Miami Beach Hispanic Citizen of the Year in 2009.

Despite these accolades, she believes her greatest accomplishments are: freeing her Dad from a Marxist communist jail in Nicaragua 1981, raising her daughter Nina, a National Merit Scholar Finalist, 2002 Duke graduate with honors and 2005 Harvard Law School graduate, who now practices corporate law (specializing in mergers and acquisitions) at Mayer Brown in Palo Alto, CA; raising her nephew, Ricardo Suarez, a Dentist in private practice in West Covina, California who graduated from USC Dental School, class of 2000; sponsoring an art exhibit for local artists during the week of Basel at the Michael Graves Building; and working for numerous local and regional charities such as the Children's Home Society, Miami City Ballet, NCJW and JAFCO.
